1、内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文无相关外，与择业焦虑的其他维度均存在负相关。本研究的最终结论是：职业决策自我效能感可以直接预测择业焦虑，职业价值观对择业焦虑虽没有直接的预测作用，但职业价值观对职业决策自我效能感有预测性，即职业价值观受到职业决策自我效能感的调节作用而间接影响择业焦虑水平。关键词：大学生，职业价值观，职业决策自我效能感，择业焦虑，关系研究ABSTRACTCollegegraduatesemploymemisahugesocialsystemproject，whichisnotonlycloselyrelatedtoeachgraduate’Sself-development，butal
