1、宗教界政协委员发言稿篇一：发挥宗教界人士作用的探讨进一步发挥首都宗教界代表人士的积极作用改革开放以来，宗教在我国有了长足的发展，成为当今社会存在的一个不可忽视的力量。但我们必须清醒地认识到，宗教的社会作用具有两重性，既有积极的一面，也有消极的一面，并受到国际、国内复杂因素的影响。在新的形势下，我国宗教领域仍然存在一些值得注意的问题，有些影响到社会和谐稳定。因此，在加强依法管理的同时，必须更加重视对宗教的正面引导。通过正面引导，使宗教自觉适应时代发展要求，走与社会主义社会相适应的道路，更好地为促进经济发展、社会和谐、文化繁荣、民族团结、祖国统一服务。在引导广大信教群众同各族人
