1、渣土车运输整改要求篇一：渣土运输管理办法城区渣土运输管理办法（暂行）第一章总则第一条为规范县城区渣土管理，净化城区环境，维护市容整洁，根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》、《城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》、《城市建筑垃圾管理规定》、《云南省城市市容和环境卫生管理实施办法》、《云南省城市建设管理条例》、《云南省大理白族自治州城镇管理条例》等有关规定，结合本县实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于县城规划区内的渣土运输处置管理。本办法所称的渣土是指建设单位或施工单位对各类建筑物、构筑物等进行建设、拆迁、修缮，居民修建、装饰房
