2、IONSABSTRACTCost–volume–profitanalysisandbreakevengraphicareinstrumentswhichhavebeenusedineconomictheoryandpracticeforyears.Consideringchangeableconditionsofbusiness,includingglobalizationandintegrationprocesses,withgreatimpactoftoday’seconomiccrisis,theseinstrumentshavemoreandmoreimportantroleind
3、ecision–making.Economicdecisionsincurrentbusinessconditions,associatedwithhighriskanduncertainty,havetobemadeadequatelybecauseanydeviationfromtheoptimalparameterscanbedangerousfortheenterprise.Analysisinthispaperwasconductedinenterpriseofcandyindustrywhichproducesfivegroupsofproducts.Intheenterpri
4、seithasbeendetecteddeviationfromthebreakevenpoint,sotheprofitwasdecreased.Inordertosavethebusinessincriticaloperatingconditions,itwasimportanttomakedetailedanalysisofproductionprogram,andcreatesuchproductionmix,whichwillallowfurthersurvivalandgrowthfortheenterpriseonthemarket.Inthatway,thispaperpr
