3、ofwidespreaduseofEVsbystudyingthewholelifecycleofthefuel.Wemakeaninventoryofelectricvehiclesandanalyseit.Throughcomparingwiththetraditionalvehicles,wedrawaconclusionthatwidelyuseofEVsisenvironmentallysound.But,thestyleoftheelectricityhasaprominentimpactoni

4、t.Soitisofgreatsignificancetodeterminetheappropriateamountandstyleoftheelectricity.traditionalvehiclesareeconomicallysoundcomparedtoEVsbecauseofthehigherpurchasecost.Sothegovernmentshouldmakemacro-economiccontrolandthemanufacturersshouldtrytopromotetheperf

5、ormanceandreducetheprice.Todealwithtaskthree,weassumethattherearethreeparticipants,thegovernment,consumersandchargingparties(includingchargingstationoperatorsandpowerplantsuppliers),playingagameinordertoproducethelargestnumberofbenefitstotheenvironment,soc

6、iety,businessandindividuals.Inthisgame,thegovernmentisonbehalfofbenefitsoftheenvironmentandsociety,whileindividuals’benefitscanberepresentedbyconsumersandthoseofbusinessrepresentedbychargingparties.Thenweestablishamodelbasedongametheorytoobtainthemixedstra

7、tegyNashequilibriumandthecorrespondingoptimaltypeofelectricitygeneration.Ourresultsindicatethatit'sthegovernmentthatshouldtakesomepoliciestonegotiatethegamesothatbenefitstoeachpartcanbethelargest.Andthetypeandamountshouldbedeterminedbygovernmentaccordingto
