4、ntiationandmaintenanceofnormalbreasttissuehasbeenwellestablished.Recently,GATA3isfoundtoactivelyparticipateinthemul-tistepprocessleadingbreastcancerpathogenesis,includingtumorigenesis,tumordifferentiation,ep-ithelialmesenchymaltransition,andmetastasisthroughre
5、gulationofvarioustargetgenes.Ontheotherhand,severalstudieshaveraisedquestionsandhighlightedtheroleofGATA3-loworGATA3-negativecellsduringthemalignantdevelopmentofbreastcancer.Inadditiontogeneexpression,GATA3mutationsprovideanotherdimensionofcomplexity.Asoneofth
