3、onsforBCDadderresearchareasinthepastfewdecadesandhasfoundusing4-bitparalleladderispresentedin[9],wheretheitsapplicationsinseveraltechnologies;suchaslowreversibleFull-adderimplementationof[10]isused.InpowerCMOS,nanocomputingandopticalcomputing.[11],bothBCDadde
4、randCarrySkipBCDadderareThispaperpresentsimprovedandefficientreversibleimplementedinreversiblemode.logicimplementationsforBinaryCodedDecimalInthispaper,improveddesigntechniquesof(BCD)adderaswellasCarrySkipBCDadder.IthasreversiblelogicimplementationforBCDadder
5、andbeenshownthatthemodifieddesignsoutperformtheCarrySkipBCDadderarepresented.Wehaveexistingonesintermsofnumberofgates,numberofcomparedtheproposeddesignswiththeexistingonesgarbageoutputanddelay.andfoundthatmodifieddesignsarebetterthantheexistingonesintermsofnu
