4、rpHpapers)aresuitedforthedetection.Herein,wepresentasimpleandinexpensivelitmusdevelopmentofcolorimetricbiosensors.Todoso,astrategyistestforbacterialdetection.Themethodtakesadvantageofrequiredtocoupleamolecularrecognitioneventtotheabacteria-specificRNA-cleavingDNAzymeprobeastheactivityofurease.mole

5、cularrecognitionelementandtheabilityofureasetoFunctionalnucleicacids,particularlyDNAaptamersandhydrolyzeureaandelevatethepHvalueofthetestsolution.Byaptazymes(aptamer-regulatedDNAzymes),havebeencouplingureasetotheDNAzymeonmagneticbeads,theshowntobeexcellentmolecularrecognitionelementsdetectionofbac
