4、dprovidingdirectdatabaseaccesstoexternalorganizations,usuallyviatheInternet.B2Ce-commerceconsistsbroadlyofprovidingconsumersuninterruptedaccesstoanorganization’sgoodsandservices,withminimalgeographicalboundaries.Thisisusuallydonebycreatingavirtualstorefront(KaterattanakulandSiau2003),consistingofco

5、mponentssuchasshoppingcarts,catalogs,andelectronicpaymentmechanisms.C2Ce-commerceconsistsofprovidingdistributionchannelsforconsumerstosellgoodsandservicestoeachother.Typicalexamplesofthisincludeauctionsites,whereuserscanauctionitemstoeachother,andconsumerratingservices,whereconsumerscanshareinforma
