6、elsandcentriconeiscalculatedeffectivelyandextractthesurroundinginformationdiscriminatively.Thecountingschemethatcountsthenumberofimagepointswhosepixelvaluesaregreaterorequalthanthatofthecentralpixelhelptoreducethenoiseandblurringeffects.Thus,HY-LBPcaneffectivelydealw
