1、硕士学位论文屮国疏浚企业应对WTO挑战与机遇对策研究姓名：陈志巾请学位级别：硕士专业：建筑与土木工程指导教师：严以新;顾明20050101摘要屮国入世以后，疏浚业的三年保护期将至，屮国疏浚企业将直面国际化的市场竞争。疏浚企业经营的内外部环境发生了重人变化，市场竞争将更加片热化,中国疏浚企业如何适应新的竞争环境并谋求生存与发展Z路，已成为亟待研究的重要课题。木文从现代疏浚企业的管理思想出发，分析了中国疏浚企业入世后面对的经营坏境变化趋势和彩响，阐述了屮国疏浚企业目前的状况和存在的主要问题，深入研究了国际著名疏浚公司的现状、主要特点和国际疏浚业设备与技术发展的趋势，从宏观上

2、提出了中国疏浚企业应对国际化竞争的棊木策略。木文作者结合木人的实际工作经验实证分析了天津航道局在新形势下的长远发展战略。文中重点研究了中国疏浚企业入世后面临的机遇与挑战，分析了国内疏浚企业与国际疏浚企业的比较优势和劣势，提出了按照国际规范改造企业的治理结构，建立有效的内部治理机制：建立多项目管理机制，提高疏浚工程项目管理水平；加大科技投入，依靠科技进步，提升企业竞争能力；加大人力资源管理创新力度，保持竞争力和扩大规模，联合发展，增强抵御风险的能力等五条棊本策略。以求对中国疏浚企业血对激烈的国际化竞争起到一定的指导作用。关键词：中国疏浚企业加入WTO机遇与挑战国际化竞争策
