1、PPH联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠前突的临床效果观察［摘要］目的通过PPH联合消痔灵注射术和单纯PPH术治疗直肠前突的疗效比较，对比两种手术方式治疗中重度直肠前突的疗效。方法对我院2004年6月〜2010年4月期间治疗的中重度直肠前突的60例患者作为本次的研究对象，并随访3年以上，按照两种术式进行分组，单纯PPH术30例，PPH联合消痔灵注射术30例，对术后有效率、术后并发症进行对比分析。结果两组患者术后均未使用镇痛泵，A组并发症的发生率（33.37%）与B组（36.67%）比较，无显著差异，均未出现肛门狭窄情况；随着时间的推移，3年A组复发6例（20.00%）,明显高

7、icance(P[Keywords]PPH；Xiaozhiling；Combinedtreatment；Rectocele直肠前突(rectcele,RC)即直肠前膨出，多见于中老年经产女性，是由于直肠前壁和阴道后壁之间肌层组织薄弱引起的直肠前壁向前突岀[1],是导致出口梗阻性便秘的常见原因之一。临床上根据排粪造影将直肠前突分为3度：轻度(I)6〜15mm,中度(II)16〜30mm,重度(III)>30mm[2]0自2000年开始PPH被引进国内，因手术时间短、术中出血少、术后疼痛减轻、住院时间缩短，被广大临床医生和患者所接受，且技术已日益成熟。我院于2004年
