3、hnologicalstandardsinthethirdgenerationoftheworld'stechnologicaldevelopmentinmobiletelecommunications.AndthedesignofaswitchingcomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategyisakeyelementandtechnologicalcruxfortheTD-SCDMAtechnology.Inretrospection,Ifoundthatitwasmygreatenthusiasmformobilet
4、elecommunications,andmypersistentpursuitofaccuracyandperfectionthathavehelpedmewinaccoladesfromcolleaguesandexperts.InChina,sincetheTD-SCDMAusesasmartantenna,itmakesademandforafinerresearchonthecomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategy,inareassuchasPC,DCA,andHC.Tome,anewstarterinthe
5、company,itwasarealchallenge.Sincetheresearchteamwasnew,itlackedengineeringdataandpracticalexperience,althoughtheequipmentofthelabwasquiteadvanced.Itwasonlyaftermuchlibraryresearch,thinking,andconsultationwithexpertsdidIfindaRRMcomputationmethodsuitableforasmartantennaBecausea
6、smartantennahasitsadvantagesofamoreaccurateVElocatingandreducedsearchingareas,thiscomputationmethodeffectivelylowersthecomplexityoftheswitchingprocessanditsfailurerate.DuringthetimewhenIworkedfortheproject,Ioftenstayedupseveraldaysinarolltoperfectalabtest.ButIalsoderivedaneno
