3、albanksdidnotreflectitsrealoperatingcharacteristicsinlinewiththismarketorientationintheiroperation.Itsmarketorientationisfuzzy,itpaidinsufficientattentiontointermediateservicesincludingpersonalfinanceservicesandislackoftheurgencyandinitiativeforservices’conducting

4、.(2)Hasnotreallyestablishedacustomer-focusedserviceconceptandlackofmarketsegmentation.Atpresent,mostcitycommercialbanksarestilloperatingwiththetraditionalconceptof"banking-center"or"product-center",focusingonbusinessesandneglectingthecustomer’sneedsandvalue.Itsmar

5、ketsegmentationonthepersonalfinancialservicesisnotgood,divisionsofhigh,mediumandlowendcustomersareunclear,customerstructureisirrational,andcustomermanagementismorechaos.Sotheyhaven’tgotalong-term,stable,maturecustomerbase,andtherefore,thetargetedanddifferentiatedp

6、roductsandservicesarescarce.(3)Productsareofunitaryvarietyandmarketingisinadequate.Duetothemoresupportfromthelocalgovernment,thecitycommercialbanklivesincloverforalongtime.Thisleditsrangeofproductsmainlyconcentratedindepositsandloans,productsareofunitaryvarietyand

7、lackoffeaturesformostcitycommercialbanks;Beenslavedtothelowerlevelofscienceandtechnologyandthequalityofpersonnel,thecitycommercialbankhasn’taclearproductpositioningand5developmentstrategy,theabilityofproductinnovationisinfirmness.Coupledwiththeinadequatefinancialm
