1、毕业设计(论文)题目:聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合水凝胶学院:纺织与材料学院专业班级:高分子材料与工程专业11级(1)班指导教师:李建军职称:副教授学生姓名:冯超学号:41101020109摘要聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合水凝胶因具有优良的机械强度、吸水性,生物相容性及生物降解性,同时又具有pH/离子/温度敏感性和良好的生物相容性,因此日益显示其在生物医学材料等领域的重要性。本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和壳聚糖(CS)为原料、以戊二醛为交联剂在醋酸溶液中合成了聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合水凝胶,并研究了聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖的质量比及戊二醛用量对水凝胶吸水性的影响。结果表明:当聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比为1,戊二醛浓度为0.2
2、13mol/L时,水凝胶的综合性能最佳。水凝胶溶胀度随着聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比、交联剂戊二醛浓度的增大而分子间形成的氢键缔合增多,进而溶胀度减小。关键词:聚乙烯醇,壳聚糖,水凝胶,吸水性ABSTRACTThesynthesizedhydrogelhasagoodbiocompatibility.Polyvinylalcohol-chitosancomplexhydrogelwasveryimportantinthematerialsofbiomedicineduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,biocompatibility,biodegradati
