2、Corporation,acompanyestablishedaccordingtothelawsofThePeople'sRepublicofChina("PRC”)withitslegaladdresslocatedatA6HuixindongStreet,chaoyangDistrict,Beijing,China,PRC(nPartyAM);and(2)[NameofDirector],a[Chinesecitizen]of[],PostalCode[]("PartyB”).AsPartyBwaselectedasad
3、irectorofPartyAatthefirstExtraordinaryGeneralMeetingofyear2003convenedon22ndApril2003,bothpartieshaveenteredintothefollowingagreementhroughfriendlynegotiationsontheprincipleofequalityandmutualbenefitsinordertoconfirmandregulatetherelationshipbetweenPartyAastheemploy
4、erandPartyBastheemployeeinrespectoftheserviceunderemployment.Article1Engagement1.1PartyAshallemployPartyBasdirectorofPartyA'sboardofdirectorsandseniorofficerinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.1.2PartyBagreestobeemployedasdirectorofPartyA*sboardofdirectorsandasse
