1、数控卧式镇铳床主轴箱用液压平衡机构的设计与分析摘要任何液压系统都是由一些基本回路所组成的,所谓的液压基木回路是指能实现某种规定功能的液压元件的组合。压力控制M路是控制整个系统或局部油路的工作压力。压力控制回路是利用压力控制阀来控制整个系统或局部油路的压力,达到调压、卸载、减压、增压、平衡、保压、泄压等口的,以满足执行元件对力或力矩的耍求。对于液压基本回路的实验装置设计,能使我们更好的掌握也压得基本原理及液压系统设计的基本流程,并且对设计的一般步骤与方法有了更好的掌握。本文阐述了主轴箱用液压系统使主轴箱向上运动、向下
2、运动、以及停止运动时的平衡压力基本稳定。根据液压原理图以及主轴箱平衡机构装配图对各部分液压元件进行选材校核,从而完成整个设计。论文首先综述了国内外液压技术的研究进展及研究现状、分析课题的研究背景、阐述课题研究的意义和内容。然后重点根据液压原理图,从而选择液压元件,计算其性能是否符合指标,最后在说明液压系统工作时的注意事项。关键词:主轴箱;液压平衡系统;平衡液压缸。CNChorizontalboringandmillingmachinespindleboxdesignandanalysisofhydraulicbal
