2、nitsorindividuals・ThisagreementisherebysignedbythePartyAandB.onthebasisofequalconsultationontherelevantmattersconcerningdecorationFirst,decorationapplicationandapprovalArticle1PartyBshallsubmitthedecorationapplicationtoPartyAbeforethedecoration,andfillouttheapplicationformford
3、ecoration,andPartyBwillprovidethefollowingmaterialstoPartya:1.constructionunitbusinesslicenseandqualificationcertificatecopy(withofficialseal),ifentrustindividual,needtodecoratetheletterofattorney.2.thedecorationdesigndiagramoftheproportionofnotlessthan1:100(including:plan,hid
4、denengineeringdrawings,mechanicalandelectricalprojectconstructiondrawings)orcopiesofthedrawingsabove・1.PartyBprovidesthelistofconstructionpersonnel,copyofIDcardand1inchphotosofParty2.2.decorationteam,electrician,welderandotherspecialtypesofjobcertificateandcopies・Secondpartyaa
5、fterreceivingtheapplicationofPartyB,thedataprovidedbyPartyBaudit,PartyAfromreceiptofinfonnationwithin7workingdaystocompletetheauditwork,andtheauditresultsinformPartyB.Iftheauditisqualified,PartyAshallestablishtheconstructionpermitforPartyB・PartyBshallstartthedecorationinaccord
6、ancewiththepermittime,andshallattachthelicensetothesiteofthedecorationsothatPartyAcancheckit.ThirdpartyBshallreviseorresubmitthedataprovidedbyPartyAandPartyAdeemsitnecessarytomodifyorresubmitit,andPartyAshallsubmittherevisedinformationtoPartyAsothatPartyAcanmakefinalaudit・Four
7、thPartyA'sauditinformation,PartyBshallnotchangewithoutauthorization・Incaseofrevisionoralteration,PartyAshouldnotifyPartyAinwrittenformandsubmitthereviseddatatoPartyAforexamination.FifthPartyBshallhavetherighttoorderthecontractortostopworkifPartyBdoesnotsubmittheapplicationford
