5、onductoftheirmarines.Attheageof21,Ihadtheresponsibilitynotonlytocarryoutmyordersbutalsotosafeguardthepersonallivesandprotectthegeneralwelfareofmymen.Thisbeingmysecondtimeoverseas,Iunderstoodmanyofthedifficultiesthatayoungmarinecanhaveontheirfirstextendedtrip

6、awayfromtheirfamily.Ienjoyedhelpingmymarinesovercometheirproblems,andlearnedthatthebenefitswerewellworththetimethatIinvested.Idiscoveredthatemployeeswhohavethesupportoftheirmanagementtendtobemorefocusedonthetasksathand,gaininglevelsoftrustandloyaltythatcanon
