3、ouslyunknownrep-waskindlygiftedtotheStateResearchCenterforresentativeofthecoronavirusfamily[1–3].ForthefirstVirologyandBiotechnologyVectorbyProf.Rabenautime,thisdiseasewasdescribedinlate2002inthe(FrankfurtInstituteofVirology,Germany).ThevirusGuangdongprovince(sou

4、thernChina),andthenitwithatiterof5.3logCPE50/mlwasobtainedusingaspreadtomanyotherregionsoftheworld.MorethanVerocellculture.NonpurebredguineapigsHartley8000peoplehavebeeninfectedwithSARS.Themor-(weight,200–250g),ICRmice(weight,15–18g),asbidityandmortalityofSARSis

5、ratherhigh(mortalitywellasBALB/c,C57B1/Z6,andCBA/Calagmicerate,upto6–15%).Theetiologicalagentofthedisease,(weight,15–18g)usedinthisworkwereobtainedfromSARScoronavirus(SARS-cv),wasidentifiedbyWHOthevivariumoftheStateResearchCenterforVirologyexperts,whodeterminedit
