1、农产品加工论文：盘锦市农产品加工业发展研究【中文摘要】农产品加工业是介于一、二产业之间极其重要的产业。发展农产品加工业是产业结构调整特别是农业产业结构调整与优化的有效途径,也是提升现代农业国际竞争力、增加农民收入的重大举措,更是盘锦市实现资源型城市转型和城乡一体化发展的现实选择。本文通过对盘锦市农产品加工业发展的现状分析,认为盘锦市农产品加工业发展具有资源优势和必要性,既面临着良好的基础条件和重大的历史机遇,也具有加快发展的空间和发展前景,但是也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。当前和今后一个时期,盘锦市农产品加工业发展要以市场为导向,依靠科技进步,科学制定规划
2、,构建政策支持体系,大力扶持发展科技含量高、经济实力强、有发展潜力的农产品加工企业和产业集群,促进企业制度创新和技术创新,逐步建立农产品加工业产业体系,加快农产品加工原料生产基地化,农产品及其加工制成品优质化,农产品营销市场国际化,努力实现盘锦市农产品加工业又好又快发展。【英文摘要】Beingbetweentheprimarysectorandthetertiarysector,agriculturalproductsprocessingindustryisofgreatimportance.Developingagriculturalproductsp
3、rocessingindustryisanefficientpathtoindustrialrestructuringandindustrialstructureoptimizationespeciallyforagriculture.Besides,itisalsoanimportantmeasuretoimprovetheinternationalcompetitivecapacityofmodernagricultureandtoincreasethefarmers’income.Moreover,itistherealisticchoicefor
4、Panjintorealizetheintegrateddevelopmentofurbanandruralareasaswellasthetransformativedevelopmentasacityofsolelydependingonenergy.BasedonananalysismadeforthepresentsituationofagriculturalproductsprocessingdevelopmentinPanjin,thispaperconcludesthatitisadvantageousinresourcesandthere
