3、nsurethatthepassportisvalidforatleast6monthsfromthedateofentry.CompletedFormV39A(LetterofIntroductionforVisaApplication)².Localcontact'sSingaporeIdentityCard(originalandphotocopy).²LetterofIntroduction(LOI)maybeissuedbyalocalcontactinSingapore.AnySingaporeCitizenorSin

4、gaporePermanentResidentwhoisatleast21yearsoldcanactasalocalcontact.IfyouarenotabletofurnishaLOIfromalocalcontact,youmayapproachyourEmbassytoissueaLOItosupportyourvisaapplication.OtherRequirementsTheapplicantandthelocalcontactmayberequiredtofurnishadditionaldocumentsand
