2、D、SEM等手段对该速凝剂促凝机理进行分析。结果表明,该速凝剂掺量6%时可使长城P·042.5水泥2.3min初凝,7.4min终凝,1d抗压强度比为148%,28d抗压强度比为106%。该速凝剂在6%~8%掺量范围内,对不同品牌的P·042.5水泥及长城P·152.5、P·C32.5具有良好的适应性。添加该速凝剂提高了水泥浆体中【Al(0H)4]一的浓度,促进了钙矾石的生成,钙矾石在水泥颗粒间搭接使水泥速凝。关键词:速凝剂;硫酸铝;草酸:适应性;二乙醇胺中图分类号:TU528.42文献标识码:A文章编号:10
