1、员工临时请假制度篇一：公司员工请假管理制度公司员工请假管理制度一、目的：为规范公司考勤管理制度，加强员工组织纪律性，维持公司正常工作秩序，特制定本规定。二、适用范围：1、公司生产车间和仓库等一线员工及临时工适用本制度第一条至第四条、第五条的2、3项、第六条和第七条。2、各管理部门、市场业务部门人员及生产部、仓库等主管以上人员（合同制员工及处于试用期的员工）适用全部条款。三、请假程序：1、公司员工请假，需提前向部门负责人或部门分管领导递交书面申请，填写《请假单》，交行政人事部备案，否则请假不予生效；员工休假期满后，须及时到部门负责人或部门分管领导处销假，否则按旷工处理。2、员工
