3、,theneveryoneelsecansuffer,andalsohowtomotivateothersasameansofpreventingsuchissues.IusedtheskillslearnttoenhancemyroleastheManagingDirectorofmyyoungEnterprisecompany,particularlymethodsofmotivationanddelegation,andthesignificanceofbeingaccountableforothers.Havingspentnearlythreeyearsworkin
4、gparttimeinaHealthfoodshopalongsidemystudies,Idevelopedmycommunicationskills,withbothcolleaguesandcustomers,andprovedtobeatrustworthyemployee.BeingappointedasDeputyHeadBoyinthesixthformwasagreathonourtome.Myskillsweregreatlyenhancedbyholdingthisposition,asIwouldoftenhavetolisten,andrespondt
5、oissuesbroughtupbyfellowprefects,andstudentslowerdowntheschool.ThroughactivitiessuchasLunchduty,Ilearnttheworthofdifferentleadershipskills,andthatitisimportanttotreateveryoneasanindividualinordertogetresults.Iwasalwayskeentostayintotheeveningtohelpoutatschoolevents.Socialisingisveryimportan
6、ttome,andIamalwayskeentomeetnewpeople.Ienjoytryingnewfoodstoincreasemyknowledgeofdifferentcultures,andmyculinaryskillswillproveveryusefulinindependentuniversitylife.Ienjoytravelling,andlearningaboutmodernhistory.HavingrecentlyreturnedfromPrague,Ivisitedaconcentrationcamp.Thiswasamovingexper
