4、elglycosylationdefects.Thehavenotbeenestablishedtoreliablydiagnosedefectsindescriptionofmultiplemutationsacrossglycosylationotherclassesofglycosylation.ThesimplicityoftheserumpathwaysnotonlyrevealedtremendousdiversityintransferrintestalsoexplainswhydisordersofN-glycosyla-func

5、tionalimpairments,butalsopointedtophenotypictionaccountforthemajorityofknownCDG.similarities,emphasizingtheinterconnectedflowofRecentdevelopmentsingenome-wideDNAsequencingsubstratesunderlyingglycanassembly.Thecurrentlisttechnologyenabletheidentificationofmutationswithoutaof100k
