2、LISA法测定外周血IgA、Igc、IgM、C3、C4和TGF—p含量，并与3O例健康体检者(对照组)进行比较。结果：与对照组相比，戒断两周组IgM含量显著增高，IgG、C3含量显著降低，C4未见显著性差异。而戒断半年组IgG、C3、c4含量与对照组相比显著降低，TGF—B含量显著增高，且C4、TGF—p含量低于两周组。IgA各组间未见显著性差异。结论：海洛因和甲基苯丙胺依赖者免疫功能受损，自然戒断半年后有些指标逐渐恢复正常。关键词成瘾药物；免疫球蛋白；补体；TGF—B；免疫功能THEDVESTIGATIoNoFⅡMUNEFUNCTIoNoF
