3、heinvestigationandreasons,inrecentyears,publicservants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageofthepartyandtheGovernmen
4、t,underminingtherelationshipbetweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingupandeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthasdueofbinding,rightis
