2、雄性Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、癫痫模型组和LFS组,各组大鼠杏仁核均埋置刺激电极,对照组不刺激杏仁核,癫痫模型组及LFS组均电刺激制作癫痫模型。LFS组在癫痫点燃模型成功后予LFS双侧STN,观察各组大鼠癫痫样行为学改变,并记录海马UCD及脑组织Glu阳性神经元的表达。结果:癫痫模型组海马UCD频率较对照组增多(P<0.05),LFS组海马UCD频率比模型组减少(P<0.05);癫痫模型组脑组织中Glu表达较对照组增高(P<0.05),LFS组脑组织中Glu的表达较癫痫模型组降低(P
