1、·临床研究·中■l为斜争20l4年7月第4卷第14期梁颖郑荣辉谢国丰黄赖机张秀萍广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院放疗一科，广东广州510095【摘要1目的探讨初治鼻咽癌患者调强适形放疗的疗效及预后因素分析。方法选取我院2008年1月～2011年3月收治的288例初治鼻咽癌患者做为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机分为治疗组145例与对照组143例，治疗组患者应用调强适形技术放疗治疗(intensitymodulatedradiationtherapy，IMRT)，对照组患者应用3DCRT放疗方法治疗。对比两组患者的I临床放疗

2、效果及预后情况。结果治疗组患者的放疗效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。治疗组患者的急性放射性损伤(放射性口干、黏膜炎、骨髓抑制、皮肤反应)Ⅲ级～Ⅳ级发生率低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论给予初治鼻咽癌患者调强适形放疗方法放疗，临床效果显著，正常重要器官与组织损伤小，无重度不良反应，临床值得广泛推广应用。【关键词】调强适形放疗；常规放疗；鼻咽【中图分类号】R739．6【文献标识码】B【文章编号】2095—0616(2014)14—192一O3Anaaa]ysisofthe
