2、的分子机制。方法结果结论方法CBL/6小鼠随机分为1O组,正常组不作任何处理,其余9组经x射线(4.0Gy)照射后分别给予不同剂量APS或生理盐水,并于照射后第1、3、7d处死小鼠,流式细胞术检测BMNC凋亡率、Bcl一2表达率,WesternBlot法(wB)检测P53蛋白、Caspase一3蛋白的表达。结果与正常组相比,生理盐水组BMNC凋亡率、P53蛋白、Caspase-3激活片段(12+17KD)的表达升高,Bcl一2及Caspase一3全长片段(35KD)的表达降低。与生理盐水组相比,2mg/kgAPS组和8mg/kgAPS组均能降低凋亡率,P53
