3、atmentonmicrostructureswereinvestigatedbyintroducingtheultrasonicoscillationintoAZ91alloymelts.Theresultsshowthattheultrasonictreatmentdoesnotchangethephasecompositionbuthasgreatinfluenceonsolidificationmicrostructures.Theareapercentageoflamellareutecticphaseincreasestothema
4、ximumwhentheappliedultrasonicpowerisincreasedto600Wandthendecreasesgraduallywiththefiartherincreaseofpower;meanwhile,theaverageareaofAlsMnphaseownsacompletelyopposingvariationtrend.TheareapercentageofMg17Al12decreasesgraduallywithincreasingtheappliedultrasonicpower.Mechanism
