2、骨折复位满意度、术后髋关节功能。结果改良Stoppa入路组手术时间及术中出血量少于髂腹股沟入路组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；但2组骨折复位质量及末次随访时髋关节功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。改良Stoppa人路组仅1例切1：3浅表感染；髂腹股沟入路组出现切口浅表感染2例，尿路感染1例，深静脉血栓1例，股外侧皮神经麻痹1例，腹股沟疝1例；改良Stoppa人路组手术并发症较少，差异有统计学意义(P
