2、SBREFA”),Pub.L.104-121.Thestatementsinthisdocumentareintendedsolelyasguidancetoaidincomplyingwiththeassociatedrule.Thematerialcontainedinthisdocumentisneithermandatorynorregulatoryinnatureanddoesnotconstitutearegulation.Itdescribesanacceptablemeans,butnottheo

3、nlymeans,fordemonstratingcompliancewiththeapplicableregulations.TheFederalAviationAdministration(FAA)willconsiderothermethodsofdemonstratingcompliancethatanapplicantelectstopresent.Termssuchas"shall"and"must"areusedinthesenseofensuringapplicabilityofthepartic
