1、公司员工押金管理制度为了确保公司的正常运行，保障员工的切身利益，维护员工的合法权益，现对保证金的收取与退还手续做出以下规定：一、收取保证金的目的1.员工在任职期间，公司将对员工进行业务技能方面的培训，同时维护人员的稳定性；2.为避免员工破坏公司制度、违反业务代表工作要求、影响公司声誉情况的发生，保证公司的正常运转。二、保证金的收取保证金共计1000元，新员工在工作开始时必须向公司缴纳壹仟元保证金。三、保证金的退还员工在工作期满一年后，公司将全额退还保证金给本人。如在期满之时离开公司，必须配合公司
