1、摘要冯家店水库位于饮马河流域最大支流——伊通河支流小河沿子河净月水库的上游。坝址在长春市玉潭镇冯家店屯西南约220m处。坝址以上集水面积8.26km2,原设计总库容约40万m3,大坝为均质土坝,坝顶长约为385m,最大坝高约4.8m,坝顶宽4.5~14.5m,坝顶高程258.68~259.03m,坝顶无硬化路面,较平整。水库按照10年一遇洪水设计,相应洪水位257.88米;50年一遇洪水校核,最高洪水位258.69米,最大泄量47.43m3/s,总库容45.59万立方米,兴利库容7.65万立方米,死库容3.81万立方米。冯家店水库始建于1958年,原设计资料缺乏。水库枢纽工程
2、由大坝,灌溉输水洞和溢洪道三部分组成。水库防洪保护着下游620余户2370多人居住,耕地10800余亩,如果发生溃坝必将造成下游地区大面积的耕地受灾,经过估算,水库如果发生溃坝,直接经济损失可达13500万元,间接损失无法估计,并有可能造成人生命、财产损失,可见必须对水库进行除险加固。本文通过搜集资料、理论分析、实践结合等方法,对冯家店水库除险加固工程进行水文计算;特别是对水库大坝除险加固工程进行比较详细分析。水库除险加固工程的实施,不仅大大增加了水库的经济效益,而且增强了水库的调洪能力,减轻了洪水对下游造成的洪水灾害。关键词冯家店水库;除险加固;加固设计;边坡稳定分析;渗流
