2、述。青房物业公司是新企业，对于员工培训问题未真正意识其重要性。本文以青房物业公司员工培训问题作为研究对象，通过简单分析调查过程中取得的成绩和遇到的问题，试图改善企业内员工培训问题的严重性，并最终真正希望对企业有所帮助。第一部分为员工培训的含义及意义。第二部分是青房物业公司员工培训的现状，简单介绍了青房物业员工培训中所存在的问题。第三部分主要是分析造成问题的原因，主要包括三个方面的原因。第四部分是解决企业内问题的措施，一是完善青房物业内部制度，促进培训的有效进行，二是提高员工福利，解决员工后顾之忧，三是严格实行“优胜劣汰”，缩小员工之间的差距。关键词：物业公司员工培训健全机制激励措施
