3、430056Wuhan,Hubei,PRChina.Asparagusbean,oneofthethreesubspeciesofVignaunguiculata,hasalongcultivationhistoryinChina.Thegeneticdiversitywasanalyzedbasedonthe66landracesandcultivarscultivatedinChinabyusingISSRmolecularmarkers,withwhich192amplification
4、lociwereobtained32.3%ofthembeingpolymorphic.ThegeneticdifferentiationanalysisrevealedaveryhighgeneticdiversityintheChineselandraces,whichconfirmedthatChinaisthesecondaryorigincentreoftheasparagusbean.ThecommercialcultivarsbredinChinaweregeneticallyhi
5、ghlyhomogenous,suggestingthatthebreedingprocesshasresultedindisappearanceofsomeofthegeneticvariation.Aclusteranalysisat0.17ofNeigeneticdistancedividedthe66landracesandcultivarsinto9groups.Theirclusteringpatternbasicallymatchesthephylogenyofthoseculti
