6、50026-93〕二:工程概况本工程位于武汉阳逻经济开发区宝露棉公司南侧,东邻余泊北路,南侧约700米处为汉施公路。工程占地面积为128276.459平方米,建筑面积约37000平方米。单位工程工程有钢结构联合厂房、办公楼及其他附属设施,主厂房概况厂房主体单层,平面上分五个区,A区跨度35m,B区五跨跨度分别为23m、21m、21m、27m、18.66m,C区三跨跨度分别为18m、33m、18m,D区跨度18m,E区跨度25m,厂房内局部两层,±0.00标高对应的绝对高程为37.9m,建筑高度11.75m~31.0m,试验

7、站高度33.0m,结构形式为钢排架钢框架结构。办公楼概况:办公楼为三层现浇钢筋砼框架结构,平面呈“L〞形,东西方向长度为96.04m,南北方向长度为37.4m,±0.00标高对应的绝对高程为35.45m,女儿墙顶高度12.9m,,屋面高度为12.0m,一至三层层高分别为4.2m、3.9m、3.9m。三:测量人员及仪器配置本工程工程根底局部是桩根底,独立根底,大小不一,每一条轴线的放线必须准确,才能确保整个区域工程位置准确,布置相接合,较为复杂,因此施工定位放线应加强管理。测量放线准确与否是保证施工质量的前提和根底,要从全局

8、出发,处处为业主着想,积极配合业主和监理工作。为保证放线工作按时、按质顺利完成,再结合本工程的特点及工程部人员的组织情况,首先设置测量班长一名,下设二名专业的放线员,总体负责整个工程的测量工作,然后每个区由施工作业队选派2-3人组成测量小组,经理部配备仪器如下。〔各区的施工作业队的测量仪器根据各区的需要
