2、AdvisorMandateletter国际银团贷款　　国际银团贷款是指借款人以委任书（MandateLetter）的形式授权牵头行（LeadingBank或ManagingBank）组织银团向其提供贷款。其传统方式，也可以说是最基本的方式主要有两种：直接参与型（DirectParticipation或LoanSyndication）和间接参与型(IndirectParticipation或LoanParticipation)。直接参与型的国际银团贷款是在牵头行的组织下，各参与行直接与借款人签订贷款协议，按照一份共同的协议所规定的统一条
