1、鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2在胰腺癌中的表达及可能机制湖北省十堰市人民医院湖北十堰442000*通讯作者：师贞宗，1983年6月，男，研究生，湖北，十堰市人民医院甲状腺乳腺外科，主治医师，微创外科，0719-8637000,szz21542@163.com目的：探讨胰腺癌组织中鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2(RhoGDI2)的表达与临床病理的关系及可能机制。方法：选择2004年6月至2014年6月期间60例胰腺癌患者为研究对象；取相邻的胰腺癌癌旁组织为对照组。检测RhoGDI2的表达，并对RhoGDI2的表达与胰腺癌临床病理进行统计学分
2、析。结果：胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2的表达水平高于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2表达的阳性率(76.67%)显著高于癌旁组织(45.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.4918,P=0.0127);胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2的表达与病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小有显著相关性(P<0.05)o结论：RhoGDI2在胰腺癌中呈高表达；胰腺癌中RhoGDI2的表达参与了胰腺癌的发病、转移和进展。【关键词】胰腺癌；鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2;病理；进展；机制:R737
