5、epaymentsinaccordancewithregulationsisnothigh.InMay2011,asurveyconductedbyZhaopinshowedthat26.8%ofpeopleindicatedthattheyneededtoworkovertimeduringthe"51"period.54.5%ofthemsaidnottoovertimeornotbeoff.?Bytheendof2008,theBeijingMunicipalBureauoflaborandsocialsecuritytopaythestatutoryholidayst
6、oBeijing819homeunitsovertimetocarryoutspecialinvestigations,theresultsshowed:theemployerfailstopayovertimewagesare82,didnotpayovertimewagesinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthe174oldJ,boththeproportionofrespondents31.2%.Thesedatashowthatinourcountry,employingunitstooccupyworkers'overtimepayisa
