1、摘要河西务油田H断块油藏水驱开发两年以来，暴露出了地层压力水平低、油井见水后含水上升速度快的问题。为了解决该断块开发所暴露出的矛盾和问题，本文通过对H断块的地质特征进行深入研究；对开发效果进行综合评价；对H断块剩余油分布规律进行分析；最后，在地质特征、开发效果评价的基础上，制定出合理的调整部署方案，能够更好地指导油田生产和保持稳产。本论文对H断块进行了油藏地质特征分析，对主要含油层段的储层特征、非均质性等特征进行了研究。研究认为储层属中孔中低渗透储层，层间非均质比平面的非均质性强，储层存在高渗透条带，是造成油井快速水淹的主要原因。同时，本文对H断
2、块的生产特征及开发效果进行了综合评价，明确指出了该断块开发过程中存在着注采关系不对应、油藏压力水平低等问题。针对存在的问题提出了相应的技术政策，包括合理井距、合理注采比、注采井数比的确定。最后制定了调整方案，提出了油井转注、水井转采、补孔、压裂等调整措施。关键词：油藏地质特征；水驱效果评价；技术政策评价；调整方案iStudyontheEvaluationofDevelopmentEffectandtheAdjustingCountermeasureoftheHFault-blockReservoirinHexiwuOilfieldWangJuny
