1、2015年2月第33卷第2期Feb.2015Vol.33No.2doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674-8530.14.0128动静叶栅内固液两相过渡过程的数值研究韩伟,岳婷,李仁年,金毅,蒋雷,胡鹏林(兰州理工大学能源与动力工程学院,甘肃兰州730050)韩伟摘要:为了研究过渡过程动静叶栅内固液两相流的瞬态流动特性,以导叶式离心泵为研究对象,进行几何建模及结构化网格划分,借助Fluent软件,基于Mixture多相流模型、分离涡湍流模型及用户自定义函数,对其全流道进行三维瞬态数值模拟计算.对过渡过程动静叶栅内瞬态流动进行分析,结果表明:过
2、渡过程中,位于动叶进口背面的低压区范围扩大,位于动叶工作面靠近轮缘处的高压区范围缩小;随着时间增加,动叶栅流道内的涡持续产生、合并,并在静叶栅内破碎、耗散,且流量增大,使得动叶进口处的流动滞止,导致动叶进口逐渐产生旋涡;流量未增大到设计流量之前,固相容易沉积在静叶栅出口;在流量瞬态增加到设计流量时,动叶栅子午面中间流线上的固相体积分数总体变小且趋于均匀分布.关键词:动静叶栅;固液两相流;过渡过程;分离涡模型中图分类号:S277.9文献标志码:A文章编号:1674-8530(2015)02-0111-05韩伟,岳婷,李仁年,等.动静叶栅内固液两相过渡
