1、双灵固木散对化疗的增效减毒作用的临床观察【关键词】双灵固本【摘要】H的恶性肿瘤化疗患者联合应用双灵固本散已成为显著捉高化疗效果的重要手段之一。同时，又能有效减轻化疗给患者造成的损伤。本论文的目的是进一步评价化疗联合应用双灵固本散在综合治疗中的作用。方法（1）32例肺鳞癌（II期、IHa期）术后化疗患者联合应用双灵固木散完成计划治疗状况及出现化疗障碍性损伤的对照（2）观察肝癌介入化疗患者联合应用双灵固本散50例疗效评价对照。（3）39例大肠癌术后患者联合应用双灵固木散治疗对复发及转移对比疗效评价。（4）50例乳腺癌术后化疗联合应用双灵固本散抗化疗药物损伤的临床综合症状改善

2、对照观察。结果（1）肺癌术后化疗患者联合双灵固本散完成计划治疗率市对照组的38.2%提高到81.25%;（2）50例肝癌介入治疗同时应川双灵固本散患者肿瘤缩小或消失，与对照组相比差异有显著性（PvO.05）,两组患者死亡率比较差异亦有显著性（PvO.05）;（3）大肠癌术后化疗联合应用双灵固本散复发和转移率，治疗组与对照组相比差异令显苦性（PvO.Ol）;（4）乳腺癌术后化疗应川双灵固本散50例对照观察，耕神状态、体重、脱发、呕吐、皮肤色素改变、肝功能、肾功能、白细胞减少等副作用治疗纽呈明显减轻或消失（PvO.05）。结双灵固木散对化疗药物有明显的增效减毒作用，具备化疗
