2、密切关系的问题。因此，我国的外贸企业必须在公司战略制定中，重视知识产权的建设，以应对日益激烈的国际竞争。本文主要从知识产权战略的内涵、外贸企业建设知识产权的必要性、我国外贸企业在发展知识产权战略中遇到的不足和原因、如何加强外贸企业的知识产权战略建设等几个方面来探讨我国外贸企业知识产权的建设问题。其中分别从外贸企业建设知识产权的意义层面来讨论了我国外贸企业的知识产权建设的必要性，分别从国家立法角度、人民政府角度、企业自身角度和知识产权人才培育角度来讨论了我国外贸企业应如何加强知识产权建设，从而得出了我国外贸
