1、板式换热器外形尺寸及安装图施工、安装要点 1.换热器不应有变形,紧固件不应有松动或其它机械损伤。 2.设备吊装时,吊绳不得挂在接管、定位横梁或板片上。 3.换热器周围预留足够空间,以便于检修。 4.冷热介质进出口接管安装,应按照出厂铭牌所规定方向连接。 5.连接换热器的管道应进行清洗,防止砂石焊渣等杂物进入换热器,造成堵塞。 6.换热器应以最大工作压力的1.5倍做水压试验,蒸汽部分应不低于蒸汽供汽压力加0.3MPa;热水部分应不低于0.4MPa。板式换热器安装尺寸参数和型号ABCDEFGHL最大装机面积
