6、···················(16)本标准参照采用国际标准IEC270《局部放电测量》。1、适用范围本标准适用于交流电压下的局部放电试验,有关直流电压下局部放电试验的特殊要求写在单独的条文中。本标准主要作为起草特定设备标准的一般导则。局部放电试验有三种:a.验证试品在规定电压下的局部放电量不大于某一规定值;b.测定局部放电的起始电压和熄灭电压;c.测定在某一规定电压下的局部放电量值。本标准所述局部放电指绝缘介质中局部范围的电气放电,此种放电仅限制于被试的部分介质、且只使导体间绝缘局部桥接。它可能产生在固体绝缘空穴中、液体绝缘气泡中或不同介质特性的绝缘层间,也可能产生在金属

7、表面的棱边或尖端上,放电大多数是以一个个脉冲的形式产生。可用各种专用仪器从接到试品的外回路中所流过的脉冲电流检出放电信号。某些情况也可产生一种较为连续的形式,称为无脉冲放电,此种放电形式的测量不包括在本标准范围内。虽然局部放电能量不大,但长期的局部放电导致绝缘材料介质特性的逐渐劣化,这种劣化的定义及估价方法不在本标准范围内。长电缆和带绕组的试品,如变压器、发电机和电动机产品内部的局部放电由于有衰减、谐振和行波现象使测量复杂化。对这类试品试验的特殊要求,本标准只作简要说
