1、摘要新闻发布系统是通过农信化平台向农民展现有用的知识，以互联网和便携式通信终端为信息载体，开展农业信息的系统。新闻发布系统(NewsReleaseSystemorContentManagementSystem)又叫做内容管理系统,是一个基于新闻和内容管理的全站管理系统，新闻发布系统是基于B/S模式的WEBMIS系统，本系统可以将杂乱无章的信息（包括文字，图片和影音）经过组织，合理有序地呈现在大家面前。新闻发布系统的提出使电视不再是唯一的新闻媒体，从此以后网络也充当了一个重要的新闻媒介的功能。随着互联网蓬勃发展，新闻也迅速发展起来。基于移动互联网,手机这一便携

2、式终端共同搭建的移动信息传播平台较传统网络和计算机更易掌握、更低成本、更有时效性。以移动互联网和便携式手机终端为信息载体，这样就很好的解决了农民接收到信息存在的“时差”问题。我们的新闻发布系统采用先进的开发软件与技术，即采用Dreamweaver页面制作软件与Photoshop等技术相结合开发系统的页面，用visualstudio2010与SQLServer2008数据库管理系统开发强大完善的数据库支持环境。关键词：新闻发布；数据库管理系统;B/S;AbstractPressReleaseSystemisaplatformtoshowthroughrural
