4、ePartnershipAgreement2.1BythepresentPartnershipAgreement,theLeadPartnerandtheprojectpartnersshalldefinetherulesofprocedurefortheworktobecarriedoutVersion1andtherelationsthatshallgovernthemwithinthecross-borderpartnershipsetupinordertocompletetheaforementionedproject.2.2ThePartnershipAgreementis

5、asecondarydocumentinthatitmustbereadsubjecttotheLetterofOfferandtheStandardConditionsofGrant.ThecontentoftheLetterofOfferandtheStandardConditionswilloverrideanythingtothecontraryinthePartnershipAgreement.2.3Thetermsofreferenceoftheprojectareindicatedintheannexes.Theannexescomprise:·TheLetterofO
